Customer Pulze B.V. (“Customer Pulze”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) helps customer-facing teams better understand and serve their customers using AI-powered conversational intelligence and automation. Our platform integrates with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, email, and usability tools to unify insights across sales, customer success, and product teams.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you interact with our website, application, and related services.


Scope and Applicability:

  • Applies to personal data we control about: (a) visitors to our website; (b) users of our apps; and (c) current or potential customers (each a “User”).

  • Does not apply to personal data we process on behalf of our customers’ end users; such processing is governed by our customer agreements and the Data Processing Addendum at https://www.customerpulze.com/dpa.( Refer to the document above)

4.2 International Transfers We transfer data globally, including to jurisdictions without an adequacy finding. We protect transfers using EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We retain data only as long as needed for:

  • Service Delivery: up to the length of your subscription or account plus 90 days.

  • Cookies and Analytics: cookies expire per vendor settings (e.g., 1 year) and logs retained up to 180 days.

  • Legal Obligations: as required by law (e.g., financial records for up to 7 years).

After retention periods, we delete or aggregate data irreversibly.

6.4 Revoke OAuth Permissions: Manage connected apps in your Google Account or third-party provider settings.

6.5 Do Not Track: We do not honor “Do Not Track” signals.

We maintain technical, organizational, and physical controls, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest.

  • Regular security assessments and penetration testing.

  • Access controls and employee training.
